Registration for Israeli Campers attending Camp Ben Frankel, located in Carbondale, IL, between June 23, 2024-July 18, 2024. All campers and chaperones must use this site to book roundtrip airfare between Tel Aviv and St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

Camp Ben Frankel will provide transportation from the airport on June 23, 2024, and returning to the airport on July 18, 2024. Per the Israeli Camper Grant Program, camper families are responsible for the full cost of air transportation. Please be aware that while we have made every effort to keep airfare costs as low as possible, because of the reduced number of flights in and out of Israel, the price of this airfare may fluctuate or increase depending on when you book. All families must book airfare no later than May 23, 2024.

Airfare for combined domestic and international airfare = $3129.15.*

• Final Payment: is due in full immediately.
• Once paid online, nonrefundable airline tickets will be issued on ELAL and Delta.
• Once the tickets are paid in full, they are nonrefundable.
• Deviation: Should the traveler desire to deviate by departing or returning on different dates, or cities other than the groups are booked on, please notify Erin@traveland.net. Additional airfare may apply and will be calculated at the time of reservation.
• Seating: Traveland will make its best effort to sit all campers together.
• El Al has assigned a seating block for the entire group. Sadly, we cannot honor a specific seat request.
• Special meal requests: All meals on El Al flights are Kosher. Should the student require a special meal, due to any dietary restrictions (such as vegetarian, gluten-free) please note your meal request during the registration process.
• Luggage: One piece of luggage is included on ELAL. Traveler must pay domestic luggage fee on domestic flights, estimated at $70.
• Airfare: the airfare may fluctuate depending on when the airfare is paid for. If the airfare is higher, you will be notified immediately.
• Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payments made in USD only. Credit card charges will only be processed upon submission of a completed Operator – Credit Card Form. Third-party credit cards are not acceptable.
• Please note that all payments are processed internationally. Some credit card companies charge an international processing fee. Please check with your credit card provider to see what international fees you might incur.
• All payments are processed internationally and will appear on your statement as “Travel Services”. Participants should check with their credit card provider regarding international processing fees.
