Welcome to the Alexander Muss High School (AMHSI) in Israel flight information and booking center.
AMHSI offers multiple programs during the year. Please select the appropriate program for your student.
Selection of the gateway cities can be made during the registration process. Please make sure to select the applicable gateway city.
Please indicate special requests in the comments area.
Only group flights will have AMHSI chaperones. If you choose not to fly on the group flights, you must first speak with the AMSHI team before booking your flight.
Please use the parent/guardian email address, rather than the student email. This will enable Traveland to send communications, final payment notices, as well eTicket confirmation to the parent/guardian directly.
Seats on group flights are limited. Please register as soon as possible.

FAQ
What is the deadline for paying a deposit for the group flights?
The deposit is due upon registration of the student, utilizing the registration link for the specific program.
Is the deposit refundable?
Once the deposit is paid, it is nonrefundable
What is the deadline for paying the final payment?
The system will automatically generate a reminder and a link to pay the final payment 45 DAYS PRIOR to departure.
What can we do if we did not get an automated link to pay the final payment?
If you did not receive the ‘final payment link’, please contact the AMHSI Travel support line listed below and request a new link.
What can be done if the student cannot travel?
Please contact the AMHSI Travel support line. Depending on the reason, a refund can be requested
Can the student travel only one way with the group (inbound, or outbound)?
Yes! During the registration process, please check the box related to a one-way travel. Our travel manager will contact you and advise airfares.
Are there any other cities available to travel from other than the group flights?
Yes! Please contact the AMHSI Travel support line. A travel manager will be able to assist you in connecting flights from other gateway cities to the group flights.
Are any stopovers allowed?
No stop over allowed on group flights.
How far in advance should the student get to the airport?
The student should arrive at the airport 4 hours prior to departure and check with the Traveland/AMHSI representative at the airport.
Are groups flights are escorted by AMHSI chaperones?
Yes! Each group flight is escorted with AMHSI chaperone. Only group flights are escorted.
How can I get assistance in filling the registration form?

Terms & Conditions for AMHSI Group Flights
You are about to register for group flight for one of the many AMHSI 2024 Programs.
AMHSI & Traveland’s representatives will meet the group flights at the airport and the flights will have an AMHSI escort on board.
Make sure to register under the student’s name, but use the parent/guardian email address when registering for future communication and final billings.
Space is limited for these group blocks. These flights are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
- Your deposit of $200 is nonrefundable.
- Final Payment: the system will prompt you to pay the balance on or before 45 days prior to departure. Please be on the lookout (and check your spam) for the final payment invoice. If you believe you did not receive, please contact our AMHSI Travel Support Team at Traveland:
800-978-6333 Ext 250 or 256. - Once the ticket is paid in full it is nonrefundable.
- Deviation: Should the traveler desire to deviate by departing or returning on different dates, or cities other than the groups are booked on, there will be a $100.00 deviation fee. Additional airfare may apply and will be calculated at the time of reservation.
- Seating: ELAL has assigned a seating block for the entire group. The students will be assigned a seat within the block. Sadly, we can honor a specific seat request.
- Special meal requests: All meals on ELAL flights are Kosher. Should the student require a special meal, due to any dietary restrictions (such as vegetarian, gluten free) please note your meal request during the registration process.

The Mini-Mester Session touches on all the same aspects of the full Semester Session in a more condensed format. Spend two exciting months studying the history, culture, language, and geography of Israel, while keeping up with your coursework from home in small group General Studies classes.
